Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your project, you must do so within 48 hours of your initial consultation for a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory Results: If you are not satisfied with the final design deliverables, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your design. We will work with you to address your concerns or offer a refund if we cannot meet your expectations.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include any supporting documentation, such as screenshots or photos of the work in question.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take some additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
Please be aware that the following items are non-refundable:
- Design packages that have been delivered and accepted by the client.
- Customized designs that have been initiated and are in progress.
